West Berkshire Council is looking to recruit a Clinical Lead for Birchwood Home which provides nursing care, care for frail elderly residents, some with dementia and challenging behaviour. We aim to offer a friendly, safe and secure environment.

We are looking for a Clinical Lead who, together with the Deputy Manager, can support the Manager with the development of the home and provide advice, guidance and leadership to the staff team. The Clinical Lead will provide specific clinical support to staff and be responsible for the supervision of Birchwood’s nursing staff.
