Vacancy Description

West Berkshire Council is seeking an experienced estates surveyor to work in our Property Services team, to assist in the management of our operational and commercial estate.

Reporting to the Strategic Assets Team Leader, you will have responsibility for all aspects of property and land asset management including recording and maintaining asset data, conducting lease negotiations, managing our external consultants, as well as advising on our property acquisitions and disposals in accordance with the Property Asset Management Strategy contained within the Council Strategy.  

This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2017; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
